Motor vehicle accident
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which i was driving a bike and at a green signal one pedestrian suddenly tried to cross the road which resulted in the accident. This happen previous month. Now after a month I come to know that man(senior citizen) has died and his family of that pedestrian has lodged a case against me. Right now I am on bail but the case as well as the FIR was filed after a month. What chances are of me comming out innocent as that was not my fault that someone suddenly decided to cross the road on a green signal for the vehicles. Thanks for any advice.
A.Dear Sir,
You have to take contention that he died not due to accident but due to his old age aliments.

A.1. you have to obtain the bail from the Court and defend the matter,
2. the legal heirs of the person who died can file a compensation claim against you,
3. if your bike was insured at the time of the accident?
