Hr policy

Company HR policy seems to be very inequate 1. 1.5 leaves per month is provided, no cl, no sl, no pl 2. out of 10 public holiday 1 holiday is kept on sunday when company is actually off on sundays 3. No bonus paid for many employees even after completing 1 yr 4. No insurance Can any pvt ltd company registered under companies act do this? Pls guide
