Drink and drive challan

I was caught for drink and drive 3 years ago in gurgaon..i didnt go on court date till now..i dont have license from that time and it is showing blocked and seized..what should i do to get back my license.it is a very old matter

I think your driving license is with the court. Contact an advocate immediately and get back your license. This rule varies according to the state. You might get the license without any court proceedings from the Motor Vehicle Departments. Or apply for a new license.
