my father expired 1 year & 3 months past. My mother & my elder brother are residing in the flat which is pagdi system, still under my fathers name. Since they are not willing to give my share i am planning to lock my partition room which i use to stay initially when i was married. which they are now using. Now i am residing in bangalore, past 5 years.
so is it legally possible to lock the room and what documents would be required.
