A.You can file for nullity ( within one year) and compensation and return of your gifts etc., to them. You cannot file cheating case, wrong advice.

A.You can file a cheating case. But for this you have to prove that he is impotent. So better take him to doctor and get the medical certificate or file a police case they will refer him to doctor. But as I advise to solve the issue with the elders.

A.Hi client,
After, completion of one year of marriage you can apply for divorce by stating the ground of impotency. You can get divorce by two ways - One is the Mutual Divorce and other is the Contested Divorce. In Mutual Divorce you can both mutually agree and get the divorce. In contested Divorce you have file a divorce before the court within your jurisdiction with a well drafted petition stating your grounds and allegations against your husband.
And it would be better if you will write in detail about the money you want back. Did they take any dowry ? That is punishable too.
