Divorce in Process - Is 2nd marriage possible

Hi. I have filed for divorce from my wife in Oct 2019. I feel that the case would not go under mutual consent. If this is going to take time to finish. Meanwhile am i allowed to get married with someone else. Because if the case prolongs, i would be wasting my time.

You can not get married until and unless the decree of Divorce passed and you get divorce papers.

A.Dear client,
You cannot remarry another person before dissolution of your first marriage. If she interested You may ask your wife come to file divorce by mutual consent. By filing mutual consent you can get divorce within six months.

A.Dear client,
As per HMA, unless you have been delivered or recirded Decree of Divorce on paper you can not do remarriage, Also if she challenges as a Appeal against such decree order, then even you can not remarry.
