Tenant evacuation Tenant evacuation

My tenant had been occupying a shop, which I own, for the last 30 years. Until 2014, I had received a monthly rent of Rs. 300 for the shop. From 2015 onward he is giving the rent in rent control. Now, I want to evacuate the shop, but he is refusing to do so. When I am sending him notice by registered post/speed post/ordinary post, he is not accepting the letter. The peon is mentioning "door closed", "addressee not found" etc. on the letter. How to proceed in this situation, when my tenant is not accepting any letters?
