My wife is having affair with her child hood friend. we have a child of 7 years.. marriage time is 10 years. she is also having physical relationship with him many times.. I have listen this in voice recorder. Can i get divorce based on this one sided audio conversation ? or what else i need to do.she is not working and having dependent on me.
A.YES, You can file case and have a good chance of getting divorce, only If you use the evidence properly.
