I am a widow and bought a lig flat in Sarita Vihar some years ago on power of attorney..Later it was made freehold and I got it registered in the name of my two sons who were living with me. The elder son died and is survived by his wife and a daughter who have always lived separately and she got an ex parte divorce in her name.My surviving son wants to sell the same now.Can he sell it without taking the widow of my elder son into confidence?

A.Hi client,
No, your son cannot sell the said without informing or taking the consent of his wife and daughter because they are legally entitled to the share of your son's property.
Thankyou
