Impact of shared household in dv12

My wife deserted the shared household which was purchased by my father when i was studying. The said property is in joint name, includes my name since the beginning. I do not own any house in my name. Can my wife have any claim over this house?

A.1. yes, she can make a claim, but not during your life time

A.Dear client,
If you have no child born out of ur marriage, then your joint property is safe. She can claim only on your self earned property.
