A.Hello Client,

Firstly go through your partnership agreement and the terms and conditions.
if the partners are at will then you can give a notice stating that you want to leave to your partner.
While retiring take back what you have invested and profits which belong to you,
and all your personal documents.
For evidence purposes make a written version of all the transaction while retiring.

Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
There are few steps which you can follow to quit a firm-
check whether you have an agreement where such date , time and conditions of leave are being written.
If the partners are at a will, then in writing inform the other partners and take their consent of such leave.
In case of any monetary transactions again the accountant of the firm is to be in functioning. And make sure that while retiring you should take back all your submitted documents and other things.
