Please provide suggestions on action to be taken against company for not paying full and final settlement since Aug-2019

A.Hello Client,

Please firstly write a letter to your Human Sources department for settlement, if you don't get any remedy then sent a legal notice to them for settlement of your payment.

A.Hi client,
Firstly talk to the concerned authority and try to solve the said.If they do not turn out then send them a legal notice from your advocate.Do keep each and every documents you have related to the said matter.

Dear sir,
Write to the concerned HR of the Company seeking them to settle your final settlement and the reasons for the delay.Still there is no proper response, send them a demand notice through an advocate.
