I am very religious person and a retired indian soldier. Now, i want to start a temple and it's trust but i have no property. So, i want to start it on a rented property, i will make legal rent agreement and i will get NOC from landlord for this. But, is it possible in legal way to start a temple and it's trust on a rented property .
If yes ,then, can i register a public charitable trust for this if i want to ?
