harassment and divorced by husband

am muslim woman my husband and inlaws harassed me physically and mentally for dowry even in pregnancy i had many complications in pregnancy as complete bed rest as it is lowlying placenta and my husband deserted me and my female child after birth and sent divorce by speed post i have registered a 498a ipc 3,4 dpv act case against them through women cell and police now they are not attenting court hearings how should i file maintenance and child custody as husband ran to foreign country after sending divorce what should i do now. Please advise me.
A.Hello Client,
You can file a petition for maintenance and child custody separately. You can also file a Case for Domestic violence under section 498A before court.
and send your husband court summons for the same through post to appear before court.
If your Husband does not appear after receiving the summons then the court will take action and pass such order against him.
