i was blackmailed by my colleague and he forced me in a physical relation now his wife is filing divorce case against him, will be punished too in this regard

A.Dear client,
If u have been expolited or blackmailed then u can file a criminal case against him; Whereas, if he is to face Divorce case by his wife, then he himself will be involved only.

A.You will not be punished for his divorce. It has nothing to do with you.
However, you can file cases against this colleague of yours.
POSH and you can lodge a FIR against him for blackmail and forcing you into physical relationship.
