On 7th jan 19 my dad had met with an accident while going to office. The other vehicle was a dcm with extra large item placed on it. It was 5ft exceeding both sides. At tge accident time the vehicle was not having any valid insurance and fitness. After we left to hospital he took the vehicle and got the fitness done with rta and insurance. We have the proofs but now i want a legal justice.
We didnt applied for any claims.

We were not available on the location at tge time of accident.

Can anybody help me

If you have proof against them then lodge a complaint to your local police station.

A.If police officer lodge complaint against them then take help of any local lawyer for it otherwise go to the police station or file complaint against them immediately
