private dhokadayak bldg to demolish private dhokadayak bldg to demolish

my bldg. which is constructed in 1940 is in position of dhokadayak in this bldg at 1st flr. 8 rooms (vacant but in unauthorised hand) at gr. flr. 8 room (2 rooms vacant but in unauthorised hand & in 6 rooms 3 families are staying unauthorised way) now bldg. may collapse at any time but these 3 family not ready to vacant rooms, whats the way to get vacant and to demolist bldg. ambarnath mulcipalty not ready to demolish this bldg giving reason this is a private property pls. advise

A.Get a decree from a court stating reasons and issuance for demolish.
