I want to know if I can file a case against a classmate who did physical abuse n black mailed me do the same offence and did a mental torture to ensure I don’t tell this crime to anyone when I was 17yrs old. Can I file a case now after 15 yrs. I didn’t get my parents support earlier and now have some courage to standup.

A.Dear Client
Its funny to think after 15 years. What evidences you can place and more over you disclose the old thing to every one? In fact I do not want to discourage you, but legally proving is difficult I feel.

A.Hello Client,

Yes, you can lodge a complaint against him but proving the same would be a bit difficult without any evidence since it's been 15 years.

you can ask for help from an NGO who supports this kind of causes.

Thanks & Regards.
