Dear Sir/Madame,
I was in a bus with a stranger girl beside me.During journey she was touching me often and falling on me.
After sometime she got closer to me and got bolder and she took my hand and put in on her thighs, while I was half asleep. AT that time she was using her phone. I think she has taken pics(probably selfie) with my face not close to her faceand may have taken picture of my hand on her thigh too. Then I realized something was wrong and got up suddenly and took another vacant seat at back. I came to know that lady is known for blackmailing men for money .Can she legally sue me now or blackmail me . I am from a poor family.I am afraid. please explain

A.Dear Client
Two things are not clear 1. You told that girl is unknown and 2. You your self declaring that the lady is known for blackmailing men for money . How you know this thing? She has taken photo means definitely some motive is there. But no need to worry. If she gives a complaint or black mail then you can file a case against her. If you have a done a wrong then she has to raise her voice at that time only.

A.Hello Client,

As you said if you are sure that the lady is known for her fraudulence then there is nothing to be worried.
Until and unless she makes any move to blackmail you don't need to lodge any complaint necessarily.

Thanks & Regards

A.There are a variety of ways to treat these sort of females.
If at all she is known for blackmail then she is a listed offender.
No worries, she wont blackmail you. Even if she does, she cannot prove it was you harassing her.
Blackmails come from the man's side (as is what is the general notion)
Evidence needs to proved and the same can be adduced.
You got nothing to worry.
Thanks

A.Hi client,
From where have you come to know about the girl? You should immediately talk to the people present in the bus at that time. You can also lodge a general diary against the girl for further safety. If you think that the girl has a chance of meeting you again then be aware and also record the same in case if you need it later.
Thank you
