My in-laws have 3 sons and one daughter and they own three houses, one is ancestors and two are self acquired, but for the two houses they took money from sons for construction purpose, for one house they registered it on three sons name as a gift and one house is in the name of my mother-in-law, now she want to register the house which is on her name to her daughter and whatever is there on the name of three sons want to register in her name, is it possible does sons have any right on the property, as all three sons have children and also it is possible to register in mother-in-law name without sons sign as it is already on their name as a gift by his father

A.Dear Sir/Madam,

If the property has been given in gift and without any ambiguity it cannot be revoked.
Secondly if the property is in the name of the person/s they are allowed to gift their property subject to personal testamentary laws which will be applicable.

Regards,
