Two degrees simultaneously

According ugc did not pursue two degree simultaneously from 15-01-2016 notification, if ugc allow two degree simultaneously in new education policy from 01-07-2020 then who took pursue two degree simultaneously in time period between 15-01-2016 to 01-07-2020 will be valid or not valid?, please explain and if yes then why, please advice.

Always the rules will be affective from the date of its amendment and no retrospective effect will be gjven as such two degrees obtained prior to amendment not valid .

A.Dear Client,
If the UGC allows simultaneous degrees on and after 01.07.2020 then the students pursuing multiple courses shall be valid only after 01.07.2020. This is very clear.
However, as far as your query is concerned whereby the UGC did not allow the same before 01.07.2020 in that case we need to see whether this notification has a retrospective effect. If yes, then multiple degrees before 01.07.2020 stand valid. If not, then the rule vide notification of 15.01.2016 shall apply till such time that the new rule is made and framed.
