Small Car parking issue

I booked a 3 BHK flat of 1440 sqrf in Dec 2014 and got the registration done in Aug 2015. Builder cheated me at each steps like they will provide OC, Amenities charges includes 18 months maintance, Property will be ready in 6 months for occupation but it took 1.5 years etc etc.. Lator on he denied these all points. No OC, he started collecting monthly maintenance when we occupied the flat etc etc. That’s still I could bear.
But the main problem is small parking. Randomly he assigned it. I requested him to change my parking as my flat is the biggest flat in apartment so I should get a bigger parking. He promised me to prepare a new parking for me and shown me that place. We got agreed on size and all. In JUN-2017 he prepared an agreement for parking swap and got it signed by me. In Mar-2018, when other flat owner complaints that 2 feets of my parking is actually part of his parking (in lenth wise ), now builder has devided and allotted me only 13.33 Ft length of parking. Back side is a gate and front side devider which is between parking.
I went to consumer court and filed a complaint. Court has sent a notice to builder. After getting notice , he changed the parking number which was on my agreement to some other flat. I’m still parking my bike in the old parking.
My question is, can someone do the changes like this after getting court notice. What should I do now? Shall I produce photo of this to court on coming date?
