Can my sole proprietorship firm do this and How ?

can sole proprietorship firm promise to gift money to any individual after a fixed time period with any legal document which any judge or any court in India cannot deny when that individual files a case, if the sole proprietorship firm refuses to gift money, then, it's 100% sure that individual will win the case. By which legal document this can happen?
