I had paid money for securing government job, a total of 20 Lakhs. But the person who took the money is absconding. What should I do. I don't know where he is gone.

A.Dear Client,
Bribery is illegal. You may file a suit for recovery if you have enough evidence.

A.There is no provision whereby you pay and get any job.
However, these things happen.
The best solution here is to threaten the person by telling him that if he does not repay the money you shall send him to police and then custody.
Take a promissory note else a cheque from him. Basis that you can initiate proceedings.

A.Hello Client,

It is illegal to take any money for Govt. job. You have made a mistake. You must lodge an F.I.R against the person.

You can nicely take a cheque from him or his family members giving threats that you will approach police and get him punished.

A.Hi client,
Firstly there is no such government job were you have to pay 20 lakhs to get the job. You yourself have done a mistake. Government jobs have certsin criteria and eligibility which needs to be fulfilled in order to get the job.
Secondly, you can lodge an F.I.R. against the man in your local Police Station.
