The Fee for the VCDR process is segregated into two buckets namely; Administrative Fee and VCDR Process Fee.

Administrative Fee is charged when a Party initiates the VCDR process after submitting the Application on the platform. It is a nominal fee to cover the administrative expenses incurred initially.

VCDR Process Fee is charged when both the parties agree to join the process of online dispute resolution. This fee is taken to cove the expenses of arranging the virtual hearing, proceedings and remuneration of the Presiding Officer.
