A. You can file a mutual divorce petition before the Family Court. Since, its mutually agreed already, shouldn't take much of work and dates to complete the procedure.

More so, there is Supreme Court's ruling of 2017, wherein the cooling period of 6 months have been waived off as mandatory before passing a decree for divorce.
