I had married on 22.09.16 .as per Hindu special marriage act we have applied for registry on 22.08.16 before one month of my marriage and registration has made on 22.09.16. After one year of my marriage I came to know that my wife had married earlier and they filed for divorce on 20.09.16 as mutual consent.Court has been given order for their decree of marriage on 20.08.17 and order has mentioned that they are not living together more than one year. Now I will be proved that my marriage is void at court.

I recently married ( 5months). I am an IT Engineer and my wife working in a Bank. .I did not took any Dowry,Gold ,Silver, Any Assets . We both quarrelled on home expenses using salary. Before marriage , i informed to her father \\\"I need support. So that only i am willing to marry your daughter( working woman)\\\". My father-in- law remained silent till marriage. My marriage completed successfully. In the 1st month of my marriage , i only beared fully home expenditure. From 2nd month onwards,i asked my wife to share amount on our home expenses( Rent, Electricity, Grocessories, Clothes, Travelling..etc) She also shared her amount in the monthly expenditure. At the end of 5th month, I asked her to give remaining salary after payment of her Tax related policies( LIC) and take some amount for your daily expenses. She accepted to give. The next day, she met her parents and returned my home. The next day , i asked her salary amount as discussed earlier. She refused to share her salary , because of loosing her freedom. She told that, each time i have to beg you for single rupee.( i.e she is feeling guilty, to ask her husband for need in money.). After 2 weeks, i asked her Payslip. She shown to me. I asked her to explain the payslip. She told that , i am having loans before marriage. These loans will continue till retirement. Then again i asked her transfer the rest of the amount after loan payments. At that time, we both quarelled. Her answer is same\\\" I do not give money. i will loose my freedom. Each time , i have to beg you for single rupee\\\". The next day, she informed to her father. Her father told her, return to their home. After 2 days, i rang her mobile and asked her to return my home. Till now she did not came y home. Till now 38 days completed. My Wife is only employee in my father-in-law house. Her father do not do any work . All her parents are dependent on her. Before marriage, she gave her salary to thier parents. After marriage, their life became difficulty. Limited money is receiving from her. My wife having a younger sister. She borrow money from her and never return full amount. But provide gifts like Gold Ring, bags for her future needs. My Mother- in - law also dependent on her salary. Due to for their family needs ( Father-in-law, Mother-in-law and her sister),they are keeping my wife in their house for money purpose and completing their needs. They are not trying to make together of her daughter and me. My wife also not returning , even invited her throough phone. Till now, 38 days completed. Still she did not came. My own expectations : I think her parents demand is : Keeping her full salary with her and can utilise her amount till their death. Making full financial burden on me till my death. Gaining my assets after my death. They are giving training on me negatively. Making her to fear through virtual thoughts. Spoiling her heart. Not making a good relation with me. I am getting confused . The time is wasting. Please give any suggestions. Awaiitng for your reply.

Passage blocked and completely destroyed beyond recognition by Propery grabber for approaching my land of ten acreas.. He has already encroached upon nearly seventeen acres of govt land by creating lavanya patta gifted land passbooks to the extent of four acres and also entering his name as kabjedaar in rest of thirteen acres. He bribed earlier mro s and got this work done. He is not the original beneficiary of that land. He got the names of original beneficiary deleted and replaced them with altered pahanis. Finally got an ad interim injunction upon the opposite party but he stiill claims that it is his own land as he is cultivating land since past fifteen years. And he shall be treated as beneficiary as he is having adverse position and he is kabjedaar sice past many years. Finally approached police . They are ready to give protection and assured that if he creates further disturbance he would be booked under pd act. Can i trust his words is it really possible.further shall imapproach mro, office as well as we are passing through govt land. Since no judge is available no further progress in case related to injunction. Looks like it will take another two years to fill the judge post.If i file for suit fir easementary rights it will further be delayed for 2-3 years. Plz suggest any alternative remedy

Hi, I am 28 yr old and my gf is 21. I want to marry her and so does she... Her family takes opposition and her father is a huge hurdel in our marriage. He is principal in a school and spend great time with local police and politicians. By these conditions, my family waits 3 years for their positive response but didn't get the positive response, So my family engaged me with other girl and we have a marriage ceremony after couple of day. I truly love that girl and really want her in my life. Her family was very rigid and mentally backwards and threat her that they will kill her , me and my family members. She even plan to escape but can't left home due to these issues.. Plz guide me ASAP...

Hello my ex company has not cleared my full and final settlement and also not paid my gratuity i have proof of working 14 years and 7 months with the company. I have emailed my gratuity application to HRD and Admin well in advance before leaving and also request for my full and final settlement. My ex company just responded saying my director wants me to meet him. Which i politely refused asking to clear my dues first. Later i went to Labour office at Bandra and also gave form N - Application for direction to the asst labour commissioner and got it acknowledged on 10-07-2018 , but no reply till date. Tried RTI to know status , but got a reply saying that i cannot ask details from Govt department. Kindly give me a solution.
