A. Dear client,
If you don't appear then nothing will happen to you but they will keep sending letters and notices to your address.
The ideal way and also suggested is that you should appear once and submit the death certificate so that they can close the case for ever.

A. Dear client,
Opening a dating app might require a lot of research work like
Market analyzing, targeting the audience, selecting a good IT team, developing a software etc.
Hence , once you are settled with all these, you need to keep a legal team ready for all the legal documents and registration of the work you do.These requires a lot of work and understanding hence, research well before initiating it.

A. Dear client,
The office bearer is doing all this with the power and mandate that he received from the residents post his selection or election. That means he is already having consent from you all. Still if you think that what he is doing is arbitrary then you all can challenge it under the purview of the society byelaws and seek AGM for the same.

A. Dear client,
There is no law which says that person from one religion cannot sell land to person from another religion and if there is anything in Assam then that must be challenged in the court of law.
You may have to spend some money for any government related services if else not.

2. You declare this before joining the new company so that when they roll out the offer they know about it. Don't wait for them to figure it out later during BGV.

A. Dear Client,
What they are doing is absolutely illegal and they cannot do this. You send them a legal notice through a lawyer ( We can do that for you) and after that if they don't listen then you should file a writ petition in High Court.
