You may send a legal notice of eviction since asper the rent and tenancy laws in India, the landlord can evict the tenant if he has not paid the rent that is due. If the legal notice is not acknowledged, then a case can be pursued against such an individual.

A. IRDAI does allow some room to the insurer to change the premium for health insurance following some guidelines issued by the IRDAI. You ask your insurer that under which rule they have changed it and once you have the rule then we can evaluate whether to challenge it in the court or not.

A. No it is not acceptable and if proved in the court of law that he had done this by forging a legal document then we will be held criminally liable for fraud and forgery. He shall be penalized and punished under Sections 463, 464 and 465 of IPC. Also suppose that he submits the same forged document in court as genuine then he shall also be punished under Sections 191, 192 and 193 of IPC.

If they accept it and she will not remains present in court then in such circumstances you can move another application regarding her attendance details from the company.
