Sometime back I purchased a flat directly from society builder. Sale deed not executed yet. I want to give it to my married daughter through change of owner name at builder's level which they do afte

A. As long as Sale deed is not registered you can get the name changed in the deed and there is no law or legal procedure required for that. Its just that you have to change that page and again both the buyer and seller will have to sign all the new Sale deed. If your builder/seller is ok then all is fine.

You immediately approach High Court and get a stay on such investigation if your bankers not lodged any complaint. Primarily that guy given consent and it will be deemed consented for further loans. Police cannot register such case on the complaint of private person unless bank itself lodge a complaint as transaction took place in the Bank.

A. Hi,
According to the definition, default is the failure to repay a debt, including interest or principal, on a loan or security. A default can occur when a borrower is unable to make timely payments, misses payments, or avoids or stops making payments. Therefore if there was a non payment of due then it would be considered to be default.

icon What is the validity after paying query payment till property registry?

I made query payment online on 14/04/2021 & got registration of my flat on 24/06/2021 via commissioning at builder's place. After few days someone from registration office called builder/me saying

A. hello,
Time duration for registration after query payment is different in different states in India. But in general and mostly states it is 30 days duration in which you have to register the property and if not able to because of some reason then you'll have to extend these 30 days by informing within the 30 days. If not then they could charge you delay fees in registration.
Thanks.
