Can we file a civil suit against a government servant who failed to perform his official duty in the prescribed time as per the rules in the lower Court like district/munisif court?

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear Client,
To file a case in lower courts, you must have a grievance or conflict with the other party, and even if the court allows the case to advance, the time it takes will be excessive. Instead, you can file a writ petition in the High Court, and that officer can be named a proforma respondent.
Thank you!

A. Dear Client,

He may file a general diary with the local police station to protect himself. When the store owner makes a complaint against him, the police will recognise this and take appropriate action. Allow the business owner to submit a complaint, after which you can seek legal assistance from a lawyer who will be able to defend you.
Thank you!

I was a employee of a Private Limited company Mumbai Based Head Office but still now Company is not giving clearance of PF by not updating my details in PF Portal like Date of Joining, Date of Leaving

Posted 1 week ago

A. Send them a legal notice first through a lawyer then followed by a legal case against them. They are committing a big blunder by not updating your PF details as that is a statutory requirement for every employer to do so and they can be penalized for not doing so.
