A. Dear Client,
Will your degree from another state university, such as Delhi University, be regarded invalid in Telangana? It should be valid if there is no rule/order/notification stating otherwise.
Thank you!

A. Dear client,
The mother can claim for a maintenance by filing an application in the court under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Even under the personal laws of Indu or Muslim, your mother can claim maintenance.

A. Your marriage has to be conducted under the Special Marriage Act,1954, as amended up to date. Power of Attorney cannot subserve your purpose. If the Marriage Registrar will permit you to sign the 30 days Notice of marriage from abroad and then to send it to India by post/ through Courier and thereafter the Bride can sign that Notice in front of the Marriage Registrar along with photographs and self attested identity proofs of both parties. A. Dear Client,
You have a fundamental right to choose and decide. There is no marriage that has happened in your case and even if it did it would not be considered as the consent is forced. As you have filed a GD at the police station for your safety, you don't have to worry. Also, if you have proof about the attempt to suicide then it is recommended to submit them to the police station as it is an offence under the Indian Penal Code.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client,
Attempt to suicide is an offence under the Indian Penal Code so, it is recommended to not use this as an approach. If she is not vacating, then you can talk to the owner about this and ask for him any help if possible.

A. Dear Client,
You must notify your local police department via a general journal and inform them of everything. There is no need to register a FIR; simply inform the police. You can hire a local lawyer to accompany you to the police station or chat with a lawyer for more information.
Thank you!

A. I don't think that there is any time limit prescribed for passing the order by the Registrar. In case he is not doing it and unnecessarily stretching it then you move the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution to get an order directing the Registrar to finish it off.
