Sir/Madam I availed road side assistance of tata motors in May 2018. They came with a faulty POS machine for card payment. I didn't know that and I swiped my debit card twice. Because the machine was not responding, I paid the service charges by cash. But, later, I received notifications from my bank that both my debit card transactions were successful. So I contacted tata motors customer service. They responded well initially, but stopped replying to my e-mails and phone calls. So I filed a complaint in consumercomplaints.in. Again, tata motors did not respond well. I would like to know how to proceed with this as a case in consumer court and get my refunds.

A. You can Consumer Complaint in Consumer Forum against that servicing center and Tata Motors company for deficiency in service. It is required to file complaint as early as possible. Therefore you need to get Bank statement from your Bank. And also bill/receipt from servicing center. But you can send legal notice prior to filing of complaint against those.

Hello I have got Anticipatory Bail in a Criminal case, but the condition of bail requires me to sign twice every month in the concerned police station, issue is I am too away from the concerned police station and it lies in a different and very distant state. What is the way I can avoid this mandatory signing in the police station? Can I place any official and legal request / application for it, or can I change the police station to my state nearby me? What are the options ?

A. Yes, there is a way by modification of anti bail order passed by the Hon'ble High Court / District Court , you can have the facilities you want to change.

The landlord filled a case for evaction with a false agreement showing rent 6600 rs with my false signature At the time of evidence I presented the original receipt of rs 500 issued by the landlord and secondaly asked the court to verify my signature I want to ask is my case strong

A. You may file an application before the court to varify your signatures through writing expert.
And as far as the false agreement is concerned file a criminal complaint before court under various sections such as 420,467,468,471 IPC. And also file an application under section 340 of Cr.PC before concerned court.
For all this it is much necessary to very your signatures from writing expert first

Hi, I am purchasing a piece of agri land in karnataka, middle man says agreement willl be signed by him, he already has an agreement with land owner, in agreement with me he shall cite the same and have the agreement done. should i proceed? Regards Madhu

A. Middleman's signature on sale deed in your favour is of no use to you unless he produces POA in his favour or his registered Agreement which should be mentioned in your agreement in order to reflect chain of transfer of the property. Check his documents first before taking further steps to buy.
