A. Dear client,
you can send a legal notice to the authorities about the way this is being done so unfairly and ask for the full description of how the amount is not being cleared. If they do not stop and still continue to do so then you can at the last step file a case against them.
Thank you

A. Dear client,
this depends mainly on the willingness of your father to barter the debt in the form of liquor as he seems to be going to drink together with this friend. Unless your father has an issue about this, you can not sue your father's friend on behalf of him.
Thank you

A. Dear client,
it is recommended for you to hire a lawyer as those sections of the act does not confer with the offences or their relation. Note that domestic violence cases are cognizable in nature so you can not settle out of court when the case has already been filed. If the summons stage is not over then send a reply notice and approach the court to avoid an ex parte order.
Thank you

I love a married women. She also love me. We are in relationship. We have physical relation also. Her husband know this. Can her husband take legal action against me ? What should I do.

A. Adultery is not a crime in India so her husband cannot take any legal step against you but on the ground of adultery, he can divorce his wife. So it's necessary on your part to take decision whether you are willing to be the reason of their divorce or not.

A. You can ask your brother to purchase your undivided share or to make Partition either through registered Partition Deed or through Partition Suit.

In alternative, you can sale your undivided half share to any stranger purchaser but he will not get the dwelling right until and unless the property becomes divided either through registered Partition Deed or through Partition Suit.

A. Dear Client,
If the property is self acquired property of your father then he can transfer it as per his will but if it is a ancestral property then all legal heirs has equal right over it and he cannot deprive anyone of that property.

A. Dear client,
They may still take action even if the owner/driver is present at that time. Usually, they would ask you to change the location of the vehicle instead of penalizing you but some authorities may be more harsh while imposing rules/punishments.
Thank you.
