A. You can send them a reply through an advocate and also you can file a cybercrime complaint against them in the police station with all the details. In case they are threatening you then you do have a criminal case against them.

A. You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them to pay all your dues with interest and also can seek compensations from them for delaying all this and causing trauma to you. Incase they do not pay heed to the legal notice then you can file a civil case too.

Muslim marriage between husband and wife had some family problems and now both husband and wife wants to compromise and start living together in the same house. Do they need to write a MOU ?, understa

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear client,
The husband and wife can get a MOU. But the MOU is more like a mutual settlement which has been penned down in writing and acts as a documentary proof of such terms which have been mutually accepted by the parties to the divorce. The MOU cannot stop a couple from fighting or not have any further disputes.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client,

You should file a writ petition in High Court against LIC, making IBPS a pro forma party to the action, because this is an important matter and you need the certificate as soon as possible. When you receive the experience letter, you can easily appear for an interview and join the organisation after passing the interview, as per the Ld. Court's order.

Thank you!

Mutation stay kaise karwaye

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear client,
You can write a letter to the Land and Revenue Officer in order to get a mutation stay. In case you still do not get a mutation stay despite sending the land and revenue officer the details then you file a case against the officer and make the person who is doing mutation a proforma party.
Thank you.

Dear sir/Madam As I'm not able to pay my daughter's school fees, the school deny to give her 12th marksheet, tc and cc. I'm facing financial crunch as my work is closed from March 2020 to till now and

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear client,
You can explain your situation to the nearest District School Inspector. In such cases involving financial troubles, schools are usually expected to have certain mechanisms in place. Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. If the School Inspector cannot help then you can file a writ petition in the High Court.
Thank you.

I have lost my jobs and failed to pay EMI of 4 credit cards and 2 personal loan of Private Bank 2 and 3 EMI. Bank has sent legal notice and at the same time collection department harassing me by frequ

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear client,
Since you have taken a loan from the bank, you need to repay them eventually. However, this does not mean they can use harassment as a tactic to get payment from your end. You can file a police complaint against the people shouting and threatening you over the phone and you can inform them of the same and tell them to put an end to it. As for the repayment, you can ask the bank manager for an extension in the date of repayment by explaining your situation.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client,

You can secure your rights in the property if all four and legal heir(s) of the deceased brother sign the selling deed. If the legal heir of the deceased sibling is unwilling to sign the sale deed, have them sign a relinquishment deed.

Thank you!

Posted 1 week ago

A. 1. Whosoever is telling you that you will lose the case are wrong. If the builder has not provided what was promised then you can move the consumer forum and easily you will get the judgement in your favour.

2. That is not the right way, you can sale the property even without paying 100% to the builder but you must have a word with builder and intimate him that you are planning to sale it.
