A. Will is registered?
So they can file a partition suit but
If your mother get mutation on said property then after they can't do anything
First you should get complete your mutation process the whole under which pasation?
If everything thing is in your favor you can take help of court

Delay in filing the notice is condoned. Office to proceed. Order ka kya matlab h esme vadi ke liye kha gya h ya prativadi ke liye

In this case the notice which was filed by petitioner i.e. vadi was delayed. So court condoned the delay and accepts the notice of the vadi. Now the office of the court will send the notice to respondents i.e. prativadi.

As per your statement the property is in the name of husband. So He is the owner of the property. But his wife claiming upon the property by taking advantage of the loan agreement. If you purchase the property some difficulties may arise. My suggestion is better not to purchase that property.

What does mean of order for default cases and for admission fresh (with stay)

A. Dear client
The plaintiff i.e. person who filed the case
is unable to perform the order of the court then the court dismiss the petition of the plaintiff it is called dismissal for default. I think In your case also this was happened. The court gave a chance to the plaintiff to file fresh suit.

A. She have no right on property. However, she is only entitled for maintenance but the amount of maintenance will depend on your and her financial stability because she is a working woman.

Send her notice for mutual divorce because its best, easy and fast.
If not then there are many ways to handle it.

A. Legal notice through email/whatsapp is valid.
You should reply to the notice.
If you did not give any reply you agree the notice.

The jewellery have to be returned or have to be paid at current rates but there are ways to handle it.
