A. First, file a Representation stating the reasons for Corrections and the remedy sought. You may approach the High Court of your jurisdiction to seek necessary relief.

If someone feel his own fault fully or partially to some extent and ready to compensate the victim then its better to mutually settle the issues . But in case if he feels not guilty and seek justice from court then can take recourse of court.
However it is always better if both party agree to settle the compoundable offenses out of court to save money and time.

A. My questoon would be if it is possible to find him and apply for child maintenance and what court should I apply Indian or Lithuanian?
ANS- FIRST we will have to locate him & find him to send him a Legal Notice. It can done once we can find him. if you prove that signs were forged your uncle will be behind bars and he will compromise .

Your problem is not divorce but get rid of your wife as soon as possible, If she is not agreeing for divorce then you have face the court . You have not mentioned your marriage period. If she file case against you then you have to face the consequences. As a human being I advise you to sit together or with elders and resolve the issues.

2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,
