I have lost my blank cheque with my valid signature on the cheque now somebody has misused the cheque by entering more amount and now the cheque is bounced. Can they file a cheque bounce case on me ?

A. your cheque lost at that time your duty to inform nearest police station or bank then you will be safe but after the bounce burden on your shoulder to prove it

You can file criminal complaint of defamation or can file civil suit for defamation with claiming compensation in court of law.

A. Ask her to speak with her husband for mutual consent divorce, which takes six months to dissolve the marriage. Once she gets divorce marry her and have a happy married life.

If her parents are forcing her not to go for divorce, she can lodge a complaint with the local police station against her parents for domestic violence. Once police interferes they will stop interfering in her life. She is adult and mature enough to take care of herself and her life.
