Yes. You can raise a query under RTI Act about your husband's IT returns, salary details and later after getting them, submit them in the court. Recently, Madhyapradesh High Court passed a judgement saying that it is a wife’s right to know her husband’s salary details:

Dear Sir,
You have to modify the Memorandum of Artilces and Articles of Association and also resolve to that effect to avoid fines that may be imposed by RTO. Further it is advised to take Lincese from the Transport Department and convert the vehicles accordingly.
