You can definitely file a divorce petition and or may send a legal notice by visiting an advocate for the same. If your wife is not interested in the marriage or has left without saying anything go for mutual divorce.

A. For each and every case have to pay the court fees as per the concerned state's court and stamp fee act to the concerned court to admit and proceed with the case. May be a deficit or non payment of fees in your eviction suit which your advocate should be aware of....

A. It is necessary on your part to make an application before the Court in which your contested Divorce matter is pending for leave to withdraw the same on the ground that mutual consent divorce is going to be filed through separate Matrimonial Suit.
Thereafter through Joint petition before District Judge or ADJ mutual consent Divorce has to be filed by both of you in which usually after 6 months date of evidence will be given and if both parties agree then decree of divorce will be passed.

A. Dear Sir,
First get know the procedure. Normally such certificate will be sent to the other institution if you admit. Normally there cannot be any Leaving Certificate after graduation. If you join another University then you have to get Migration Certificate from your previous university.

Also, police will not allow you to take back complaint easily.
Now you file for RCR - Restitution of Conjugal Rights if you want to continue marriage.
