you dont want to file FIR for ego but then what else can be done legally ?
it seems you are working and earning because you need internet to work.
'you can ask for a house to stay because court can not force them to live with you.
you can ask for maintenance but depends on income differece.
you can file DV case and better apply divorce and get alimony.
you file for sec 9 and then go for mediation.

Mediation is necessary before taking the divorce case to the court. You can either go for Mediation through courts under section 89 of Code of Civil Procedure or Private Mediation. Try and resolve your issues at the Mediation Center.

If was just the stock in trade then you can relax as bank will not take away your property but if any extra security like property was provided or personal guarantee of your mother was taken then bank might go for SARFAESI and file case in DRT for recovery.
