A. File a case of DV against the Mother in law and Father in Law and also file a case of 498A against them.
Do not go against your husband as he is just being influenced and is being a scapegoat here.

A. The school shall not dismiss your service.
Also there is no specific direction for maternity leave for 3rd child however, you can take leave without payment.
In case you want to take maternity leave you can approach the HC or the service tribunals and get a specific order.
However, you should talk to your parents and re think about the idea of a third kid.

Yes the bank can auction the property if the same was given as collateral against the private loan taken by your father who is no more. If the property was not given as security or collateral then the bank has no rights.
