If son is disinherit (baadhkal) from father property can he has any authority on father property after his death or any of his family members have authority for instance his son?

A. Dear Sir,
If it is your self acquired property then father can dispose such property during his lifetime without any objection from any of his children and wife.

A. P.F means Process fee. You have to file an application in your defence. For calling the witness, you have to file P.F with nominal court fees (2-5Rs.)

A. Dear Sir,
It all depends upon terms of divorce. If the wife has taken alimony of herself and also on behalf of the child then child cannot filed any such case it amounts to breach of agreement.

A. Dear Client,
As there is a divorce case going on between both of you, she has got every right to claim your property provided your property is self-acquired.
You can do as advised by Advocate Shivangini. Transfer your property in the name of your father or mother, hence, in that case, your spouse loses her right to claim it.
