I want to know the continuity of BLRO land records for one of the RoR. I put a RTI to BLRO asking how current RoR owner's name was mutated. Instead of giving the previous RoR owner's name, BLRO replied by so & so mutation case it was mutated. Now, I applied for certified copy of that mutation case but BLRO is not providing the same. I have Plot information copy which shows that names were already included before the date BLRO has provided. I guess BLRO is trying to provide false information to grab the land with local land launders. I want to know how to file a case/writ in court to provide or to prove the continuity of BLRO land records of that specific Khatian? Please suggest me here at the earliest possible. Thanks in advance.

A. Plz contact through Vidhikarya for further elaboration and action . Thanks

There is a church in front of our house. They for prayers evaru Sunday and Tuesday which is not at all our concern but the sound from loud speakers they use during this prayer session was unbearable. I dont know even if I can complain to police and on what ground I should if I complain. Please help me through an advice. I even warned few influential people of church that they either reduce the volume or I will Lodge a complaint. Please help me if I can go legally in this matter. Thank you.

A. Dear Sir,
You cannot fight individually against such big people .
Better a group of people approach police station and lodge a complaint and also approach local political leaders .

This is regarding the family property issue. My Grandmother (current age 75 yrs) had got one land property as a gift from her father. My grandmother has 3 sons(among which only one is alive now). Recently, one of my uncle's family has forced her to stay with them and then they persuaded her (my grandmother) to sell her entire land property and change the ownership of few portions of land to my aunt's name. Now, It feels like we are cheated as there is no ancestral property given to us. Is there any way we can ask legally to revoke the sell/ to demand our share of land.

A. Dear Sir,
It is not ancestral property. The Ancestral Property is defined as follows:
===================================================================
Dear Sir,
What does the grandparent's property law in India state? Does the grandson own the right to the property?
All property's owned by a Hindu person devolves onto his class one legal heir's.

Now to the specific scenario's in ur example (for sake of convenience I'm presuming ur ur grandfather has only one legal heir)

My brother is in jail and arrested under section 255, 257, 259, 260,420,465,467,468, 471. His case is transferred to session court. I want to know that he will get bail or not.He is handicap(means he can't talk properly). His handicapness will also be an advantage in getting bail or lowering punishment. Please reply.

A. As you stated case has been transferred to Session Court that means charge sheet has been submitted and he is in custody for 3-4 months.
chances for getting bail are very low due to the imposition of serious allegations.
sections involved are serious in nature and chances for bail can increase once something favorable comes during cross-examination of witnesses.
Despite bail, better to concentrate on case proceedings and apply for bail whenever any such opportunity arrives.

Me and my wife love each other very much. She doesn't like my mother. My father is doing domestic violence since childhood. So my mother is not willing to stay with my father and in current situation she stays with sister. I feel my responsibility towards her maintenance. Whenever me and my wife have disagreement on some family matter, she threatens to leave the house and has done many times so.My wife also sends msgs to my mother that she will put my mother and sister behind the bar. Eventually my wife's parent also threaten me the same. what should i do?

A. Before doing any act just let your wife to know that what wrong she is committing through a legal notice.

I am married women and have a male child. Someone who met me 7 years ago ditch me. I files complaint against him in march 2018. He me an affidavit for doing marriage to me after my divorce. So that he got acquitted from that case with my help. I released him as he gave me that affidavit . he made physical relations with me in that seven years. After got acquitted he dines to marry me even he called me to his home and filed complaint against me to his nearest police station. Now he is not taking to me since last four months.

A. Dear Client,
you are advised to make a police complaint immediately as the delay will be beneficial for that man, who ditch you.
if police don't respond or register your complaint move an application under section 156(3) CrPC to the concerned ilaqa magistrate.
make fats action before him else you will lose control from your case.

Hi, I had done love marriage under special act as on 2014 he was Muslim.. we were in same office. Once his family came to know about our relationship they forced him to leave me. He left his family and was staying with friends till the time we were together. Around 2 yrs we were together living on rent basis nerul.. he changed his religion legally in Hindu and name from HAZARAT ALI SHAIKH TO ADITYA SAWANT. my family excepted him and were supporting but at a same time his family was torturing us to get us separated they forced him to leave me... After some time first he started fluctuating his job and was saying there are some issue they are not giving salary and all.. after that he didn't went to his job for at least 2 months I asked him what's the issue why he is not going and all but he never told me anything.. we didn't have much financial backup so we had faced many financial issues like to pay rent, we had taken loan against gold jewellery from muthoot finance but that also he didn't clear it. On 10th Aug 2016 I went to my parents home for my medical treatment as I was suffering from typhoid he left me and gone and till he is not traceable no contact nor taking any of my responsibility. We don't know were he lives with whom, his address contact number n all... I can see him on what's app and on fb but not replying. Currently he blocked me... I don't know what can be done and how do I get divorced... It's been 3 yrs but neither he is coming or giving me divorce... Plz suggest me, guide me as I want to get out of this asap.

A. Ma'am
Do file a divorce case against your husband.
The general provision is that summons will be served upon him to make him know about such a divorce case. Such summons shall be served upon his permanent residence which should be mentioned in the petition. If the summons are duly served and he does not appear then after some time the court shall grant you an 'Ex Parte' or a one sided divorce.
If the court is of the opinion that such a person has changed address then summons shall be delivere ...ReadMore
