Ask a Question - Free Legal Advice

I saw a domestic violence, happening in my neighbourhood. Mentioning how brutally a husband behaves with his wife, I wrote a mail to the SP of the district, keeping my identity anonymous. Since the accused person was himself in police, he got called by SP and warned not to repeat that again. With some internal links, the accused policeman traced me; now, he is threatening to file a legal case against me for interfering in his personal issue. Would he be able to do so, if his wife is acting in favour of her husband?

A. He can not win such a case. Tell him to go ahead.

Financial loss was caused to a government department due to professional misconduct/dereliction of duty of an employee. The employee has since expired while the trial (employer had filed case for damages) was going on. There is no trail of any money which shows that the employee had got financial benefit. Can in such a situation legal heir's can be sued.

A. The legal heirs will be responsible in case they are inheriting any estate of the person who had been charged for loss. But they should resist if the plaintiff file for inclusion of legal heirs.

Hi..i need a divorce from my husband after 6 years of marriage. I have a 2 yr child & my husband has no care neither for me nor for the child. Please guide me the way out to get the divorce done easily as I have been staying apart from him since I've given birth to the child.

A. If your husband is not willing to agree for a divorce on your terms it is not easy to get early divorce. If you are residing at a place where Family Court exists file a case there. If you want any guidance reply to me.

Dear sir/ mam, I have to say that my husband is habitual of doing frauds of money. Recently he applied a personal loan without my consent behind my back and lost all money in share market. And the bank is asking for EMI of the loan. He has been doing such frauds for last ten years since we got married. The bank is about to file a complaint against me for not paying the loan. Because of that my career is suffering. I m well qualified and working as professor. Also I m trying for better job. What should I do to get rid of this bad habit of my husband. Is there any legal action for such matters. Plz give advice.thanku
