A. If the property you own is bought from your own earnings, you need not heed to anyone in doing whatevr you wnat to with it. If it is inherited by you from your father , ( not by succession ) One of your sons cannot prevent you from following Hindu Law. You can go for6 equal division of your property keeping one portion for yourself and your dissenting son cannot go against it.
