Under National Building Code, a car parking area should be 13.75 sq. mtr.
Thus such a small size car parking is nothing but a farud and cheating with the purchaser.
You can approcah the Civil Court or RERA for seeking cancellation of the agreement and refund of money paid, due to deficiency of the services by the builder and seek compensation and damages.

If your wife is well educated and sitting at home. Then she can not seek alimony from you as she can maintain herself.
There are numerous judgment of High Court and Supreme Court which clearly says that an educated woman can mantain herself and not entitled to claim alimony or maintenance.

Do not fall under trap. They are blackmailing you. For any loan repayment the loan recovery people can not do any threating Or blackmailing activities. It is a punishable offence.
You need to take lodge police complaint against such persons.

If you have been cheated upon to give the KYC and the bank details were fraudulently obtained, then you can seek reversal of the transactions. Subject to the complai t was done within stipulated period as per RBI Norms.

It is weakest enactment as such nothing will happen if you file such Domestic Violence case. They will engage advocate. The only benefit you may get is interim maintenance after few months. Better file complaint with Police under Section 498A of IPC.

If you are really not involved then you may keep quite otherwise you have to seek the help of local advocate of that State and get a full information about the registration of FIR if any and get anticipatory bail if required and also go to High Court to quash such FIR.

You need to issue a legal notice to your uncle asking for partition in the property and serve the copy at the society too. This way society will not allow transaction and you can move before the Court to seek partition of the property and can get fair share in the property.
