A. It being official act and you are guided by your bank advocate as such you need not pay any additional court fee. However you should not go against the wishes of your higher authorities since there are chances of initiating domestic enquiry .

A. Yes you can restore your marriage through Meditation when the both of you want to, as the court also don't want to break marriage .... And Divorce only happens in extream cases where there is no hope for the couple.
