A. From the facts posted herein it seems that you are in possession of the property in question, be that as it may, do not take any overt steps so as to jeopardize your claim of adverse possession of property concerned, in case settlement is reached with wife of the owner than that's the best option, just keep quite and play safe, thanks

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach Police under Section 406. 415 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. If no action is taken by Police then approach local Magistrate under Section 200 of Cr.P.C by filing the private complaint through Advocate. Thus, you may get a remedy for your grievance.

icon How to Withdraw from mutual consent

I had filed one sided divorce which got dismissed and mutual divorce was filed when my husband asked. He tried for reconciliation but I was not ready. Statements got recorded and next is counselling.

A. Aap apne advocate se contact kare unko sabhi baat bole ki ab me apni wife se divorce nhi lena chata hu. Aap apna statement kabhi bhi le sakte hai and court se bhi prayer kar sakte hai ki me wife ke sath rahana chata hu. Court aap ki prayer ko savikar kregi. Kyon ki court ka paryash bhi rahta hai ki married life ko surakshit kiya jae.
Jaida tension ki koi baat nhi hai.

My wife filed 498a against me, my 76yrs old mother, and my sister who is staying far away from me and didn't come in my house for last 3yrs. It become more than 1year police didn't submit charge sheet

A. No fixed time is prescribed in law for filing of chargesheet, wait, fancy your chances, sometimes this delay goes in accused favour, many advantages are attached if there is a delay, go for quashing for your mother and sister once chargesheet is filed, contest hastily other litigations, have benefit of evidence in these case, this would be clever move.
Thanks
