We need advice as to to further action to be taken. We are in great anguish and emotional stress.

A. dear madam

My mother owns 16.5 cents of land with a house which she got from her parents while getting married in 1987. But we are settled in Tamil nadu as my mother got married here and my mum's mother, younger brother with family is staying there till now. My mum have 5 brother's and all got married nd settled separately, but younger one is an auto driver and he is staying in our property. We gave an oral promise of giving him some land to build a home, but in 2017 we went there for surveying to give him land, there my parents was verbally harrassed by younger brothers and in response to that we were came into the stand not to give property as for now because they have our property document nd said lie's. But latter we got new document from court nd paid land tax and all. In between we got calls from them mentioning they want to talk. But we didn't go unless we got the documents. But now we only called them to arrange land registration formalities and we will come to register office to sign the alotted property for them. They asked us to come on this Tuesday, we said ok. But they called us to home, we denied. On Tuesday morning younger brother of mum called and said that grand mother was not well nd they are at hospital nd asked us to come to another uncle's home, we accepted that as she is sick already. Then we got call to come to home as grandma denied to sit at uncle's home for so long and we accepted that too. When we reached there my mum's elder brothers(2) were there and they said we called you here to inform about sharing the property for all brothers, as my mum denied that her brother slapped her and even shouted to us saying you can't be get inside this property, and beaten me nd my grandmother also as we defend them from beating and even raised questions about their rights to share this property. Then me and my mother went to police station nd given petition stating the incident happened on that day. Police said that they will call them and us and asked us to go back home. My mum's brothers purposefully taken us to home mentioning my grandma was sick (big lie) as per their plan they done everything. Incident happened on 5/3/19, till now we didn't got any response from police. Please give me an opinion for this issue

A. Sir file a suit for possession and partition on the basis of the title deeds that you have.
Thanks
Shreyash Mohta

Sir, I am aged 44 and have married last year April 2018 and my wife aged 41 years keeps on torturing my mother and always blames my family as she is working in a good company and earning 1.5 lakhs and I'm working for a college but in low profile and I'm earning only 30k and due to some business failure i have done some debts and for which after marriage she had helped me with 10lakhs and for low interest and after which she started giving disrespect and other dramas and when I'm out of house she torchur my mother scolding as she is 68years old. She keeps on insisting me to change he house as i have cleared that i have some debts so that i can clear and come out but she declines, she gave me dead line as March 31 and she scares me by saying she will lodge complaint. Kindly advice me how to handle this and I dont want to share my life with her at any cost henceforth.

A. you are advised to settle the matter with your wife taking into account (her salary, help of Rs. 10 lakh etc)
as per my understanding, everything/every act is forgivable except extramarital affair,
your mother is too old and if litigation get started, she might face some more complications (emotional)
DIVORCE SHOULD BE THE LAST OPTION
